Scottsdale Gun Club

Visited Scottsdale Gun Club with a few buddies as a Bach activity (all whom never shot before). Exchanged a few emails to get the most appropriate package for our group - staff was really friendly and informative. Matt O. was our group lead, taught us the basics and made sure we had a good time all while being safe. We had an amazing experience (wish we stayed longer to be honest). Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Helpful staff, great access, satisfying selection... I showed up on Monday after lunch to see if they could accommodate a non-member. My flight back to Canada was the next morning. Absolutely; what would you like to shoot? I selected two pistols from their ample collection (which you can consult on their website) and within 10 minutes I was settled in lane 29 of 32. The range is well ventilated and air-conditioned. Electric target holders with more features than I used. I had fun with a box of .22 and .380 (50 each) and spent less than $85 (range, pistols and ammo). I don't think you can find that deal in Vegas. After that I browsed the display cases and a very knowledgeable attendant addressed all the questions I had about a curious little Beretta. I consider the service excellent, particularly when they knew I was likely to be a one-time customer. I'm glad I chose to spend my time at the Scottsdale Gun Club.

I went onto their website looking for a specific revolver in a specific barrel length and caliber. Their website showed two in stock. I call the store and no answer, and instead there was a recorded message stating to check our website for current inventory. So I drove 64 miles which took two hours one way. I entered the store and asked if they had one of those revolver. Two sales persons went to a counter and stated we sold those. At that time i stated you show two on your website, and i was informed we don’t update our website very often. I then stated nor answer your phone which has a message to check your website for inventory. I then informed them i just drove 64 miles which took two hours. I stated somewhat annoyed that you don’t update your website nor answer your phone, and I just wasted all this time and fuel for nothing, because if your website was current and or you answered the phone I wouldn’t have wasted all this time. I was then asked to leave the store which I gladly did. The sales persons did not care at all what just happened, and never stated they were sorry.

My wife is from Italy and has never been shooting before so I decided to take her! I was recommended to come here by Duston Klein, and we do not regret it! We had an amazing experience! Of course she was nervous and as I did my best to comfort her, the staff provided her additional feedback and ressaurance while we were on our lane. Her nerves went away and she had the most fun she had ever had! Than kyou Scottsdale Gun Club!

Nice range, good staff, good selection but the two stars come from trying to lowball their customers. I had a like new Sig P320 X Macro. First time shooting it and it was at SGC. I was open to trading it in for a compact sig. I understand SGC had to make their profit but they offered me an embarrassing $220 for the X Macro w/ Streamlight TLR 7 Sub.
